By creating an account or using The Social Scripture (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you create (notes, posts, comments, debates, messages, etc.). By posting or sharing content, you grant us a license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the App's features to you and the people you share with.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, defamatory, infringing, spam, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. See our Community Guidelines.

5. REPORTING, BLOCKING & ENFORCEMENT
You can report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the App. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours, by removing content and/or ejecting users who violate these Terms. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to enforce these Terms.

6. PROHIBITED USES
Do not: reverse engineer or misuse the App; access others' accounts; scrape or bulk-export others' data; transmit malware; or interfere with the service.

7. TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. DISCLAIMERS
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scripture and study data are provided for reference and may contain errors inherent to their public-domain or open sources.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
