Cowardly

REV.21.8

When Yah lists those who will not enter the kingdom, the very first to be listed are the cowardly (fearful). How many times in the Bible do we see messengers of Yah begin with "do not be afraid"?

Fear is prevalent throughout the scripture as a theme we are called to conquer. Yah expects us to find our strength thru him. It helps build our faith, trust and relationship to the Father, by relying on his strength to dispel any fear. Fear always leads to rejecting Yah and choosing our own solution; ultimately leading to sin.

The very beginning of scripture was a sin stemmed from fear:

Genesis 3

[8 Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?”

10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”]

Thru fear they separated themselves from their Father. They broke the bond that tied them together.

We are called to be warriors for the Christ. Men and women of the most high. Not cowards who fear and bend the knee to the social doctrines or tyrants of this corrupted world. We need to remember who we are, and who is our Lord and protector.
